Arki Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty
The Arki Collection includes our Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty, which provides 7 years of coverage on cabinetry and heater panels, and 3 years of coverage on controls and other electrical components.
For purposes of this warranty, “Limited Lifetime” refers to the coverage periods listed above for the original purchaser and does not mean lifetime ownership.
Commercial Warranty
Commercial warranty coverage is available for the ProSeries and Arki Collection.

Wood Quality Notice
JNH saunas are manufactured using premium untreated wood, including Canadian Hemlock, Canadian Western Red Cedar, and Aspen (Poplar), depending on the collection and model.
Because wood is a natural material, the following are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects:
- Natural grain and color variation
- Small knots
- Minor dents or scuffs
- Small surface checks or hairline cracks
- Slight expansion, contraction, or warping due to temperature or humidity
- Natural aging and color changes over time
These natural characteristics do not affect structural integrity or sauna performance and are not covered under warranty. Minor cosmetic marks from transportation can often be corrected with fine-grit sandpaper.
Do not apply oils, chemical treatments, or other finishes unless specifically recommended by JNH Lifestyles. Discoloration caused by normal sauna use—including sweat, body oils, moisture, or spilled liquids—is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.
What Is Not Covered
- Labor for installation, removal, repair, inspection, or service
- Shipping and handling charges for warranty replacement parts
- Routine maintenance or adjustments
- Cosmetic wear from normal use
- Natural wood characteristics listed above
- Sweat stains, body oils, moisture damage, or discoloration
- Damage caused by improper installation or incorrect electrical supply
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Indoor sauna models installed outdoors
- Commercial use of residential-only models
- Incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from improper use
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Warranty coverage begins on the original shipment date.
- Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Indoor sauna models must be installed indoors only. Installing an indoor model outdoors, including under covered patios or partially protected areas, voids the warranty.
- Outdoor sauna models are covered under their own published warranty terms.
- Saunas should be installed within 30 days of delivery.
- Improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, inadequate maintenance, or unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty.
- Warranty replacement parts do not extend or restart the original warranty period.
- JNH Lifestyles reserves the right to inspect, repair, or replace defective components at its sole discretion.
- Replacement parts may be new or factory-refurbished components of equivalent quality and performance.
