Is the red light safe for my eyes?
Yes, red and near-infrared light are completely safe for your eyes and don't cause damage like UV light. However, the LEDs are very bright, so you may want to close your eyes or use the goggle provided for comfort. You can also turn them off if preferred,the infrared therapy will still be fully effective.
What does "medical-grade" red light mean?
