The lumbar support sits on the bench (picture above) while the neck rest can be easily adjusted (up and/or down) so it can properly support the nape of your neck.*

Q: What does the ergonomic comfort set include?
A: The ergonomic comfort set includes one (1) ergonomic neck rest and one (1) ergonomic lumbar support.
Q: What can I do to ensure my ergonomic comfort set stays clean?
A: The best way to keep your comfort set clean is to lay a towel over the neck rest and lumbar support.
Q: Can I adjust the height of the ergonomic neck rest?
A: Yes, we've designed the neck rest to be easily adjusted to your preference.
Q: How do I know if I've placed them correctly?
A: The lumbar support should be sitting on the bench, pushed flush against a heater panel. The neck rest should be placed right at the nape of your neck. Make sure the winglets are wedged into place to prevent movement.
Q: With the lumbar support and neck rest using a heater panel as a mount, how do the infrared waves penetrate through them?
A: The lumbar and head supports are not solid, but slatted, with large gaps between each slat. These gaps allow the infrared waves to reach your body.
