Shipping

All shipments are directly from our warehouse in Ontario, CA. Will-Call is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Will-Call Policy

  • Pick-up from our distribution warehouse in Ontario, California: $0.00 (Ready for pick up in 2-4 business days)

Flat Rate Curbside Delivery

  • Standard Freight to Residential or Commercial address (Metro Area): $99.00 (1-3 weeks)*
  • Express Freight to Residential address (Metro Area):  $499.00 (4-8 business days)*
  • Express Freight to Commercial address (Metro Area): $399.00 (4-8 business days)*

*All delivery options include liftgate service. Liftgate service may not be available in rural areas.

Hawaii and Alaska

  • Pick up at nearest freight company: $749.00 (2-4 weeks)
  • Curbside delivery to major cities in Alaska and Hawaii: $999.00 (2-4 weeks)

Canada

  • Curbside delivery to major cities in Canada incurs a one-time $299 handling & processing fee with a flat shipping rate of $599, totaling: $899 (2-4 weeks)

Please note, this is an estimated time-frame only. Actual shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, inclement weather, peak holiday seasons, etc. Allow for an extra 2-3 days processing time for all As-Is and Recovered units.

Required Actions

We will need your phone number for the delivery. The freight carrier will call you to set up a delivery time. Please make sure the number provided during checkout is the best one to reach you at. If paying with PayPal, please make sure the number on your account is accurate.

Delivery Information

If you paid for curbside delivery, your shipment must be delivered to the curbside (not within residence/business) and will require a signature. Be aware that your infrared sauna will arrive in 3-4 large boxes on one pallet. Please make proper arrangements beforehand as the carrier will not be able to assist in the unloading. 

We do our best to ship orders as fast as we can. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by calling our Customer Service team at (800) 528-3110. Please note that if we are unable to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

We do not ship to US Territories, APO, FPO and PO Boxes. Orders received before 6:00 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time are generally shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

International ground shipments usually arrive in an additional 1-2 weeks, based on customs clearance requirements. Shipments to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs, duties and fees collected by the destination country ("Import Fees").

You may track your shipment's progress online using your order number on our website. Simply enter your tracking number on the "Order Status" page and you will see the location and estimated date of arrival of your order.

Please note that inside delivery is not available on any order. Residential delivery brings the freight truck to a curbside delivery location that does not have a loading dock or forklift on site. This does not include lift gate service. If inside delivery or lift gate service is required, there will be an additional fee. The amount of this fee varies by location and availability. Please ask your Sales Representative for more information.

Refuse Delivery

You have the right to refuse shipment upon arrival should you notice visible damage caused during transportation. Note: If the item is returned from the freight company for any reason other than damage, additional shipping and storage fees may apply. Reasons may include invalid/incorrect address information, incorrect phone number/contact information, or failing to schedule/missing an already scheduled delivery appointment.

Concealed Damage

If damage is not noticed until after the reception of a package, you have 2 business days to return the product; after the 2 business days deadline, JNH Lifestyles has the right to refuse any and all return inquiries. 

ATTENTION: Shipping damage must be noted at time of delivery and signature request. JNH Lifestyles must be notified of any damage to your sauna the same day of signing for and receiving your shipment. Failure to notify JNH Lifestyles within the established time frame will result in the owner taking full responsibility for cost of ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS, including shipping and handling fees.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on products purchased as 'new':

  • You have 30 days from reception of the product to return it.
  • Due to the nature of our products and the context of their use, all returns must be undamaged and unopened. This includes any packaging with all manuals and other included items to quality for a refund or exchange. Any damages or signs of usage will void this return policy and items will be charged in full.
  • If you meet our return policy's guidelines, then we will exchange or reimburse you the price of all the products.
  • The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund total. Please be aware that the shipping cost paid to receive the product is discounted and will not be equivalent to the shipping cost of returning it. Return shipping price will vary by location.
  • Any return for a refund may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% at JNH Lifestyles' sole discretion

'As-Is' and 'Open-Box' units:

  • All sales are final, no returns or exchanges

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
