As one of the most published fitness cover models of all time, Diego Sebastian's love for health and fitness has treated him well. Beginning his weightlifting journey in the 9th grade playing football, Sebastian was 5'2"", 102 lbs and only knew a few simple workout routines. It wasn't until his college years that his drive to become a firefighter took him to the next level of weightlifting. Flash forward to today, the ex-firefighter/EMT Sebastian travels the world as a model, spokesperson, celebrity trainer and fitness ambassador.

Georgi Karakhanyan is a Russian-born Armenian-American Professional mixed martial artist who most r ecently competed in the Featherweight division of Bellator MMA. A professional competitor since 2006, Karakhanyan has also formerly competed for the Absolute Championship Berkut, World Series of Fighting, DREAM, Tachi Palace Fights, and King of the Cage. Karakhanyan is also the former WSOF Featherweight Champion.

Ultra Athlete Ashley Horner is a fitness celebrity, hybrid athlete, professional fitness competitor, ultra-runner, triathlete, entrepreneur and mother to three boys. Horner's career has seen her work with military personnel, training American SWAT teams at the US Embassy in France, to working with local groups in her native city of Virginia Beach. She has authored and sold over 1 million copies of her 16 different training programs, and owns multiple business in her community of Virginia Beach. Austin Vanderford is a former championship wrestler and prize fighter signed to the Bellator fighting organization in MMA as a middleweight where he remains Undefeated(!) with a record of 11-0. ""The Gentleman"" and has been married to fellow #JNHLifestylist Paige VanZant since 2018. They are well-known for the loving, supportive social media posts, both in and out of the cage, and of course the fun quarantine coverage of them in their all-togethers appropriately censored.

You’d have to be off the grid not to know MMA fighter Paige VanZant. At 18, she began her MMA career, navigating through the UWF, the UFC, to her current participation in the BKFC. Paige “12 Gauge” is one of the most well-known combat sports personalities today, with a huge internet following across her platforms, won a “Chopped” celebrity competition on Food Network, was 'Dancing with the Stars' Season 22 Runner-up (thanks to growing up dancing in her parents Dance Studio), and recently part of the broadcast team for the very first Gamebred Fighting Championship event. Mixed Martial Arts competitor Tatiana Suarez’s resume includes bring the 2-time bronze medalist in the world championships of freestyle wrestling, Gladiator Challenge Flyweight Champion, Women's Wrestling Bronze World Championships in 2008 Tokyo & 2010 Moscow, and the Strawweight tournament winner in the 23rd season of The Ultimate Fighter reality show. Tatiana competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where her Pro Record stands at 8-0-0.

Blake Bolden was introduced to the sport of hockey, playing minor youth for the Cleveland Barons and the Ohio Flames. While attending Northwood School in Lake Placid, New York she played in the first U18 World Championship for team USA, winning consecutive Golds in 2008 and 2009.

After a successful career at Boston College with 3 Frozen Four appearances, Bolden joined the Canadian Women's Hockey League's (CWHL) Boston Blades; winning the Clarkson cup in 2015. The following year in 2016, she played for the Boston Pride of the National Women's Hockey League (NWHL) and won the Isobel Cup.

Currently, Bolden lives in Southern California where her mantra #BeBold holds true as she is the Los Angeles Kings' Growth and Inclusion Specialist, as well as a Pro Scout (the second women to ever do so), dabbles into sports broadcasting with NHL Network, NBCSports and Sportsnet as an analyst, while helming her Blake Bolden Mentorship program, powered by Play-It-Again Sports working with girls all over the country.

As a mother of 4, Jala Sue Wharton has her hands full as she balances a life of modeling, gardening, training, and paddle board instructing. Wharton has been modeling professionally for over 21 years, working with noteworthy names such as Ford, Wilhelmina of NYC and LA, and Muse Models of Australia. During her modeling career, Wharton became a certified personal trainer and Paddle Board instructor. She's developed her own Jane Fonda-inspired style of unique workouts that focus on strength training and functional Pilates movements for her clients. Her life as a model continued a lifelong passion for health and fitness that continues to push her further today.

Born in San Bernardino, California to a Palestinian father and a Brazilian mother, Awad is the fourth eldest of twelve siblings. Growing up, Awad competed in soccer and wrestling at Cajon High School and later wrestled for a semester at a Jr. College. Later, Awad stumbled upon mixed martial arts.

Awad started his career in 2006. He fought mainly for the Costa Rican promotion Titans of the Pentagon and for the Californian promotion Gladiator Challenge.

Awad made his Bellator MMA debut on January 2009 at Bellator 10. Currently, Saad and his family reside in Texas and trains at Fortiss MMA. Saad last faced Nate Andrews on May 21, 2021 at Bellator 259. He won the bout via TKO in the first round after dropping Andrews multiple times, leading to the referee calling the bout.

Dr. Sam Mayhew is a Specialist in General Practice and Skin Cancer and Full Member of NZ Skin Cancer Doctors. For the past decade Sam has worked in the field of Sports Medicine with teams such as the NZ Warriors, NZ Tall Blacks, NZ Breakers and NZ Surf Lifesaving Black Fins. Currently Sam is the Medical Director for the High Performance Triathlon NZ squad, as well as team Doctor for the NZ Kiwis Rugby League team.

Sam is passionate about landscape photography, and competes as a dedicated Surf Lifesaver and NZ Ocean Ski Paddler.
